  • If the Applicant has already pre-purchased an under-construction property: Performing all matters related to obtaining the necessary permits from the Ministry of Domestic Affairs of Northern Cyprus
  • If the Applicant has already pre-purchased an under-construction property: Find a temporary place for rent and lease arrangements
  • Stamp Cancellation for a lease arrangement
  • Receiving Address Confirmation Letter from Muhtar
  • Registering on the KKTC Immigration Portal and getting an appointment with the Immigration Police
  • Completing the documents required for delivery to the Immigration Police
  • Online Payment of the health control test fee and Visiting the Laboratory
  • Follow up for receiving feedback from the Immigration Office, 20 days after receiving the test result
  • In case during this process, the Applicant needed to open a bank account, this service would be also rendered by Aretan

The whole residency process takes between 21 to 40 working days. However, it might be possible to accelerate this process in particular situations. Furthermore, any necessary follow-ups with the relevant authorities during this process will be handled by Aretan Team.

The total cost of this package is 1,500 GBP This price includes all payments for obtaining a temporary residence permit and the relevant tests for a maximum of 2 people.

This price Does «Not include» the Living Expenses Supporting document you need to provide as a required document to the police. This document shows that you can handle your expenses for at least a year in KKTC.
