The large and luxurious residential town of Four Seasons Life is located on 162,000 sqm land and consists of two phases. Located in Bogaz – Iskele, this project is the collaboration result between four well-known construction companies in Northern Cyprus. Phase I of the project contains 420 residential units including studios, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, and 2 and 3-bedroom villas. The are currently no more available units in Phase I.

Phase II of the Four Seasons Life project has been introduced almost recently. This phase has 61,000 sqm of land and includes 310 residential and 16 commercial units. The residential units of this phase are 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom and 1 bedroom duplex (loft), and studios.
